1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)

  • Canada

  • Select international destinations (please contact us before ordering internationally)

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, carrier issues, and holidays.


4. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

    • Double-check the delivery address

    • Look for a notice from the carrier

    • Contact your local delivery office

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at service@onusofficial.com.
    We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
