At OnUs Official, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and fair return process.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at service@onusofficial.com with the following information:

Your order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Optional: Photo(s) of the item(s)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will send a replacement or offer a full refund.
